Mr. Gallup is the Chairman of Signature Bank of Georgia. Mr. Gallup is presently founder and chairman of Immucor, Inc., a publicly traded company. His knowledge of corporate governance matters will be valuable to the new bank. Mr. Gallup is a resident of Sandy Springs and is involved in several civic organizations and professional groups. |
 Freddie J. Deutsch, President/CEO, Dunwoody, GA
Freddie Deutsch is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Signature Bank of Georgia, responsible for the leadership, growth, profitability and management of the bank. Mr. Deutsch acquired his BBA in Marketing from Mercer University in 1987 and his M.B.A from Brenau University in 1994. He has Professional Licensing in Series 7 and 66 as well as Life and Health Insurance. Mr. Deutsch has over 19 years of banking experience, beginning his career with Wachovia Bank, N.A. in Atlanta. He served in several leadership positions with Wachovia until 2001, when he accepted the position of Senior Vice President/Atlanta Retail Executive for SouthTrust Bank, N.A. Mr. Deutsch serves as a Director on the board for Signature Bank of Georgia. |
 Jonathan (Jon) W. Been, Atreus Homes, Atlanta, GA
Mr. Been is the Owner/CEO of Atreus Homes, where he oversees all financial and operational aspects of the company’s operations. He is a graduate of Georgia College and a current member of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association. Mr. Been serves as a Director on the board for Signature Bank of Georgia. |
 Allen Brock, Stonemark Management, Dunwoody, GA
Allen Brock has over 30 years experience in the real estate industry. Since 1989, he has been a Principal of The Omnicorp Group and The Stonemark Group. Mr. Brock has been responsible for the overall management of income producing properties, principally apartments, self-storage and hotels, and the investor relations for such properties.
Mr. Brock began his real estate career in 1972 with IDS Mortgage Corporation where he was involved with commercial mortgage brokerage. In 1978, after two years with ETI Development Company, a firm where he was responsible for the acquisition of income properties, he joined First Equities Corporation, a real estate syndication firm. Mr. Brock serves as a Director on the board for Signature Bank of Georgia. |
 Michael Campbell, Commercial RE Advisor, Dunwoody, GA
Mr. Campbell is Managing Member of Campbell Capital Group, LLC, a firm which assists in raising equity for real estate developments. He has served the Atlanta and Southeastern real estate market for 20 years. Mr. Campbell resides in Dunwoody. Mr. Campbell serves as a Director on the board for Signature Bank of Georgia. |
 R. Terry Smith, CEO Multiple Sclerosis Center of Atlanta, Atlanta, GA
Mr. Smith previously held the position of President and COO of the Marietta Daily Journal, Cherokee Tribune and Neighbor Newspapers, Inc. since 1997. Mr. Smith is a member of the Board of Directors of Southern Polytechnic State University Foundation and the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation of Georgia. He is past director and officer of Georgia Press Association and he also is a former chair of the University of the South Parents Council and Founding Director and past President of the Hobe Sound Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Smith serves as a Director on the board for Signature Bank of Georgia. |
 Benjamin (Benji) A. Wood, Grading COO, Suwanee, GA
Mr. Wood is the Chief Operating Officer of AL Grading Contractors, Inc. in Gwinnett County. Mr. Wood is a graduate of Marist School and Rice University. He is currently a member of the Marist Endowment Committee and the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce and a member of Northpoint Community Church. Mr. Wood serves as a Director on the board for Signature Bank of Georgia. |
