Message from the President – The Introduction of our Client Engagement Center

It’s about getting to know you, exceeding your service and banking expectations and creating a win for your financial future. Our team is dedicated to delivering a distinctly different service experience by providing our clients a high-touch, high-service standard we call “boutique-banking”.

Entering our 14th year as the only community bank headquartered in Sandy Springs, we’re excited to reveal a new client experience space with the complete transformation of our former financial center into the Client Engagement Center.  The new design removes the traditional barriers of a teller line and creates a relationship-driven configuration of a universal banking pod.  Feedback from our clients thus far have been extremely positive.

When you visit our Client Engagement Center, you’re going to be offered a cup of coffee or a bottled water. That’s because we believe in building relationships with our clients and learning what they value.  From traditional banking products, to the latest innovation and even customized solutions, our clients are our priority and we do everything we can to ensure they feel valued.
