Steve Reagin

Executive Vice President | Chief Lending Officer

Reagin has nearly 25 years of banking expertise in commercial lending and sales management. Having worked for both large regional and community bank environments through the years, Reagin began his banking career with Bank of America as a VP and Business Development Officer with the Commercial Finance group in 1994. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance, Reagin is also a 2009 graduate of the LSU School of Banking. As Chief Lending Officer, Reagin has overall responsible for the lending function of the bank to include: day to day sales management and client engagement.


Charles Hoag

Executive Vice President / Chief Administrative Officer

Charles Hoag leads the bank’s portfolio management team and manages our Special Assets portfolio, along with various administrative duties. He has 23 years of banking experience, having started his career with First Atlanta/Wachovia in 1988 soon after completing undergraduate studies at the University of Wyoming. At Wachovia, Charles held a variety of positions in Operations, Trust, Retail, and Corporate Banking. In 2002, he joined SouthTrust Bank in Atlanta, where he was a Regional Manager, responsible for a cluster of financial centers and over 100 employees. Charles joined Signature Bank in 2005.

Daniel Baker

Daniel Baker

Senior Vice President | Sr. Business Development Officer & Market Executive

Daniel Baker’s banking experience began in 1998 in branch management and he moved into the commercial lending sector in 2003. He is a 1998 graduate of Kennesaw State University in Business and Management, UGA’s State Banking School in 2003 and Stonier National Graduate School of Banking in 2009. In addition to serving as Senior Business Development Officer, Daniel serves as Market Executive concentrating on loan portfolio growth in North Fulton and Forsyth counties. Daniel joined the bank in July of 2018.

Nicole Klein

Senior Vice President / Managing Director of Private Banking

Nicole Klein has been in the banking industry for 25 years with the last 15 concentrated in private client and commercial banking roles. Having spent the first 10 years of her career in retail banking, Klein has developed a strong following among her clients in the Private Banking sector.  She directs the relationship management associated with the Private Banking Group and focuses on the unique needs of the client including loans, deposits and cash management services.

Tareasa Harrell

Senior Vice President / Managing Director of SBA Lending Group

Tareasa Harrell has been in the banking industry for 28 years with concentration  primarily in leadership and production roles within the Government Guaranteed Lending segment. Harrell has extensive knowledge of the various SBA and USDA lending programs. She directs the overall Government Guaranteed Lending segment for the Bank.


David Perlis

Senior Vice President / Managing Director of Retail / Treasury Services Officer

David Perlis serves as the Bank’s Managing Director of Retail Banking and Treasury Services Officer.  David manages the day to day operations of the financial center, business development efforts and the sales and services responsibilities.  He also works with the Bank’s business clients in handcrafting the ideal banking relationship for their company and it’s key players as well.  With over 28 years of banking experience in Metro Atlanta, David is able to craft and manage banking relationships designed with carefully selected loan, deposit, & cash management products for a clients in a wide variety of industries. Because of Signature Bank’s use of some of the best banking technology available to Community Banks, David is able to offer a completely stress-free and enjoyable Banking experience.

David earned a BA in Economics from the University of Georgia and joined Signature Bank in 2005.


Mary Ladd

Vice President / Senior Commercial Client Support Manager

With over 34 years of banking experience, Mary has been with the bank since 2005.  She gained extensive experience by working in Loan Operations, Accounting and Deposit Operations and most recently Residential Construction Banking.  She currently provides support for Commercial, Private and Residential Construction lending.  Her role involves all phases of the loan process including moving loans from prospect identification through post-closing follow-up.  Mary is also currently a 2017 Leadership Sandy Springs member and is heavily involved in volunteer efforts in the Sandy Springs community.
