Charles Hoag

Executive Vice President / Chief Administrative Officer

Charles Hoag leads the bank’s portfolio management team and manages our Special Assets portfolio, along with various administrative duties. He has 23 years of banking experience, having started his career with First Atlanta/Wachovia in 1988 soon after completing undergraduate studies at the University of Wyoming. At Wachovia, Charles held a variety of positions in Operations, Trust, Retail, and Corporate Banking. In 2002, he joined SouthTrust Bank in Atlanta, where he was a Regional Manager, responsible for a cluster of financial centers and over 100 employees. Charles joined Signature Bank in 2005.

Eva Farag

Senior Vice President / Managing Director of SBA Lending Group

Eva has over 30 years of diverse experience (risk management, credit underwriting and compliance) in the financial services industry. The last four years, she has focused on helping business owners throughout metro Atlanta and Georgia obtain financing through the various SBA Lending programs. Farag holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Auditing.  Her affinity toward government guaranteed lending coupled with her level of knowledge and business development acumen, makes her a valued team member with an insightful ability to assist her clients with a variety of lending solutions.

Nicole Klein

Senior Vice President / Managing Director of Private Banking

Nicole Klein has been in the banking industry for 25 years with the last 15 concentrated in private client and commercial banking roles. Having spent the first 10 years of her career in retail banking, Klein has developed a strong following among her clients in the Private Banking sector.  She directs the relationship management associated with the Private Banking Group and focuses on the unique needs of the client including loans, deposits and cash management services.

Group Vice President/ Senior Business Development Officer

Dorothy Kohn has been in the banking industry since 1998 with extensive experience in portfolio management, credit analysis and commercial lending.  Her dedication and passion for developing sound, equally beneficial banking relationships is just one of many reasons Dorothy is successful at working collaboratively with her clients to provide the best financial solutions to help accomplish their goals and add value to their bottom line.

David

David Perlis

Group Vice President / Treasury Services Officer & Senior Portfolio Relationship Manager

David Perlis serves as the Bank’s Senior Portfolio Manager.  David works with the Bank’s Business clients in handcrafting the ideal banking relationship for their company and it’s key players as well.  With over 28 years of banking experience in Metro Atlanta, David is able to craft and manage banking relationships designed with carefully selected loan, deposit, & cash management products for a customers in a wide variety of industries. Because of Signature Bank’s use of some of the best banking technology available to Community Banks, David is able to offer a completely stress-free and enjoyable Banking experience.

 

David earned a BA in Economics from the University of Georgia and joined Signature Bank in 2005.

Mary

Mary Ladd

Vice President / Senior Commercial Client Support Manager

With over 34 years of banking experience, Mary has been with the bank since 2005.  She gained extensive experience by working in Loan Operations, Accounting and Deposit Operations and most recently Residential Construction Banking.  She currently provides support for Commercial, Private and Residential Construction lending.  Her role involves all phases of the loan process including moving loans from prospect identification through post-closing follow-up.  Mary is also currently a 2017 Leadership Sandy Springs member and is heavily involved in volunteer efforts in the Sandy Springs community.

Amie

Amie Bowden

Assistant Vice President / Commercial Lending Process Manager

Amie has more than 10 years of experience in the financial industry in administrative and operational support roles.  Her career began in Financial Planning and she transitioned to banking in 2007.  Amie’s primary role is to manage the commercial lending loan support functions, work flow and policy and procedure adherence.  She also serves as the training mentor for the commercial lending staff and administrative support for loan committee and board reporting.

Lynda Kim

Assistant Vice President | SBA Loan Operations Manager

Lynda graduated from Georgia State University in Atlanta in 2001.  She pursued a career in the financial industry and gained experience in loan processing which led to a strong focus with the Small Business Administration Lending field since 2007. Kim manages the preparation and compliance of the SBA loan deals cultivated by Eva Farag and other members of the bank team.
