Third Party Technical Support Services Disclaimer

As a service and convenience to our clients, Signature Bank of Georgia (“Bank”) has engaged Dezillion LLC d/b/a Jupiter Support (“Jupiter Support”) to provide Bank’s clients with no-cost telephone and on-line technical support services (the “Technical Support Services”), including, without limitation, Technical Support Services provided through remote connections to Bank clients’ computers. Bank makes no warranties of any kind with regard to the Technical Support Services, and Bank hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the Technical Support Services, including, without limitation, all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Bank be liable to any client for any claim arising out of, relating to, or in connection with the provision of Technical Support Services to Bank’s clients, including, without limitation, any claims related to lost data, damage to hardware or software, lost profits, consequential damages or special damages. Bank clients bear all risks associated with the use of Jupiter Support’s Technical Support Services or otherwise arising out of, relating to, or in connection with the Technical Support Services.

Please note Jupiter Support Services may call the Bank clients’ on a quarterly basis offering a PC Tune Up (no charge included in service).  Jupiter Support Service may also discuss complimentary services they can provide at an additional cost to the Bank clients. If a client questions receiving a call from an outside vendor, they should call the bank to verify validity.

This service is only available to those clients with a business account and/or a Personal Plus checking account.  If the client closes or downgrades from their qualifying account, the service will no longer be available.  The service is subject to change with a 60 day notice to the client.
