Signature Welcomes Rebecca Abraham

Sandy Springs, Georgia, February 20, 2018 (Newswire) –​​​​Signature Bank of Georgia President Freddie Deutsch announces Rebecca A. Abraham has joined the bank as Executive Vice President, Chief Credit and Risk Officer.

Abraham, a University of Michigan graduate, has over 30 years of expertise spanning from credit management, loan administration, compliance and wealth management lending and sales.  She has worked in large regional and community bank environments and for the last seven years she served as Chief Credit Officer for a highly regarded community bank based in Atlanta.

As Chief Credit and Risk Officer, Abraham will be responsible for oversight and ensure adherence to the bank’s credit and risk policies.  She is tasked with assessing and mitigating significant competitive, regulatory and technological threats to the bank’s capital and earnings. She will work closely with the credit and production teams to ensure the safety and soundness of the loan portfolio.
